I do sales support and I am wondering what the best practices are for tracking meetings in scheduling pages/calendars that you are not the owner of. Our head of sales gets notified via email when someone scheduels a meeting in his calendar, ok great. But how can I get the same email so I know which prospects scheduled in which calendars?

We have multiple scheduling pages/calendars for multiple different marketing efforts, and it's difficult to know who came from which one without reading the description. I made a reports dashboard for each scheduling page and filtered it by description, then made sure all of the descriptions in each calendar were slightly different so they could be filtered properly. But some meetings appear not to show, and I have not found this method to be effective. Any tips for best way to filter tracking for scheduling pages? Maybe I should be tracking via campaigns instead? This is how I am currently finding meetings in certain calendars but it is still not fool proof, because if I forget to check I won't know.

I need an automation in place to tell me when our head of sales gets a meeting scheduled in certain calednars, so nothing falls through the cracks. Any tips?

Hi @Jmstein95,

This requires a Professional subscription. In a contact-based workflow (Menu > Automation > Workflows), you could enroll contacts by form submission. (Meetings count as form submissions.)

Select the meeting links that you'd like to be notified by in the enrollment criteria of the workflow. Then, as the first and only workflow action, set up an internal email notification to yourself.

(Without a Professional subscription, this is not possible.)

If you need more details on the steps above, let me know! Happy to elaborate.

Best regards

Is there an option to get the meeting details as part of this workflow?
