Sorting contacts from Shopify

New to Hubspot, and have it connected to Shopify to bring in the contacts.

On Shopify we have a mix of customers from general public and then our business to business.

Would like to use Hubspot for the business to business contacts. Specifically, customers that have bought a specific product line, or would be a prospect for a specific product line.

What is the best way to separate this? Ideally would be a nice visual way to see targets going after and targets have. As we add more potential contacts to our system.

This will depend on your current setup, and you'll likely run into limitations quickly since I'm seeing that you have a free HubSpot account. You should see Shopify products syncing as HubSpot products, so that should allow you to differentiate your B2B contacts since you said there are certain products that pertain to them. So you'd need to create lists of contacts/deals associated with those select products.

You should also see the ecommerce deal pipeline where orders from Shopify will be tracked. Closed won deals will let you know that the contact purchased from you, while abandoned deals will show you contacts that are solid re-engagement targets.

HubSpot deduplicates contacts by email address, so it would be worth importing lists of your target B2B contacts. If they end up starting or completing a transaction through Shopify when they already exist in HubSpot, then their record will be updated as they take additional action. That will help you tie your HubSpot marketing efforts to your deal pipeline.
