Email sent from Outlook Mac not showing in Conversations

At least one email I've recently sent from Outlook Mac isn't showing in Conversations automatically. I have Hubspot Free connected to Outlook Mac/365.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community!

This can occur if you use the same email account for both the personal inbox connection and the team inbox. Currently, you must connect two separate email accounts to connect your personal inbox and to the conversations inbox per this knowledge base article.

I wanted to share these two knowledge-base articles on connecting your personal email vs a team email to HubSpot:

Connect your inbox to HubSpot
Connect your team email inbox channel

I would recommend checking to see if your personal email is also connected to HubSpot, as this can cause emails to not appear in the conversations inbox.

If you do not have your email address connected to HubSpot, could you take a look through your conversation filters such as spam to see if the missing email is there?

I'm a bit confused though - I only have a personal email and won't be using Hubspot as a team. I already have most emails synchronising, it's just one in particular that hasn't come across.

Is there a particular reason why you have chosen to use the conversations inbox instead of the personal email connection?

Have you taken a look through the filters on your conversations tool to see if the email ended up in spam or a bot filter?

Thanks @kvlschaefer I disconnected the email from Conversations and set it up as Personal, so that seems to be working. I think I just set it up wrong initially😬
