Hi! Can i make an automation in which when deal status is changed the lead status or the lead status change?

Hey @MW7 with workflows yes you can. You can use the "set property value" action in workflows to set a property value, if you create a deal based workflow you can set the enrollment criteria to be "Deal status is *status*" then you can simply use the next action to say "set property value" choosing the contact property of "lead status" in here will allow you to update it to whatever you like. You will either need to create multiple workflows for each status or use if/then branches within your existing workflows to cover everything though.

so are you saying that if you use a power dialler , can it be setup so it automatically changes the lead status eg Attempted Call 1,2 etc as you call the lead?
