Is there a way to populate a Hubspot note into a new window?

I am able to click on a notification from my email and that opens the tagged note in a new window. But I am not always tagged in the notes, so being able to open a note into a new window directly from hubspot would be extremely helpful.

You can generate a direct link to a note by clicking Actions > Copy link. This link will open only the note when you go to it:
