Do you have these end-users in your CRM? Or as a customer at least?

If so, then, what I can think of is to use smart content.

Create a list for the end-users and apply for a smart content rule "contact list membership" to the CTA button. Allow non-end-users to book a meeting, and the end-users could see something else e.g. "Submit an inquiry".

You can the filtering with "is a customer" too, but if you want the existing customers to book meetings, then it's not the best approach.

does anyone know if its possible to customize a scheduling page (meeting links)? We dropped a "Schedule demo" button on our home page and my reps are getting scheduled for meetings which is great, the problem is they are getting scheduled by end users seeking support help.I want to either:

customize step one and drop a pre-qualifying question in front of the scheduling page before it hits the calendar selection page .....or

build a backend workflow that routes the request to customer support by adding the pre-qualifier to the booking page. ......or

something I havent thought of that you have

Hi @ALevine2,

Have you tried adding a pre-qualifying question to the Meetings link "Form section"?

So, in your HubSpot portal if you go:

Sales -> Meetings -> Choose the meeting link you want to modify and click "Edit" -> Go to "Scheduling" -> Click "Form" -> And then either a question of their job title or create a custom question/property which has to be filled before they can book a meeting.

And if you want those to be routed to customer support, then create a workflow with a trigger if the property matches "XXX title or use case", then it routes this to customer support.

The second option would be through smart content

Jarno

Thanks Jarno - I Was thinking about that but once they get the form they have already selected a date/time and the meeting gets booked. I can certainly route it to customer support via a workflow but I want to stop them from booking the meeting first if possible.

thanks
