Empty records showing up in Download

I Have records showing up in the download that i cannot find in the online data base. They have a record ID but no information. I would like to find out where they are since they are messing with my reporting. The deal name is a date on 12 records, no name on the others. When I search the record number, nothing comes up in my deal board.

It's difficult to tell with this information alone. It could be with how you are setting the deals, potentially a workflow could be involved. You are going to need to have someone go into your instance to look into this further.

Hi @DTeter ,

It is possible that those deals missing pipeline or deal stage, which is why it is unsearchable from the dashboard. It might be created via workflow. Maybe you can try open those deals directly in hubspot by manually concatenate urls:

https://app.hubspot.com/contacts/{your hubspot portal id}/deal/{your deal record id}

You can then delete them if it is wrongly created.
