Creating a Workflow when Internal Values are missing.

I am trying to set up a workflow whereby marketing information filled up by a prospect on the website's contact form gets automatically copied from the contact page to the deal info page.

This is what I get for Lifecycle Stage

And this is what I get for Legal Basis:

Any help or suggestion would be grately appreciated.

Hello,

To be able to allow the Contact property (created by HubSpot) "Legal basis for processing contact's data" copied to the same Deal property (created by you or another HubSpot member), you have to copy/paste ALL internal values of this Contact Property to the same Deal Property. All must be 1:1. (see screenshot)

According to your screenshot, it seems like some Internal Values are missing. Please go to Settings - Properties - compare Contact Property "Legal basis for processing contact's data" with the same Deal Property and add the missing values.

to copy from one checkbox or select property to another, the internal property option must exist in both properties. For example, if the source dropdown select property has three options, Cold Lead, Warm Lead, and Hot Lead, the target property must also have those options.

If the target checkbox or select property is missing values found in the source property, the properties are considered mismatched.

To copy mismatched properties, you'll need to edit the source or target property so that it contains all property values that are in the other property. You can do this by adding new property options to the source or target property, or by copying the values from one property to the other.

In your case, it seems like your deal properties do not have the exact values like the source properties you're attempting to copy from. As the sidebar explains, you would have to review the deal properties and make sure they are an exact copy of the source properties.
