I don't think there is a way to do this in a template without having the sales team create their own templates but i wanted to reach out to the pros.

Is there a way in a Sales Email template to include a sender's HubSpot Meeting link if the template is going to be used by different sales reps?

The only two ways i can think of is by having them create their own email template and inserting their meeting link OR typing out their name, highlighting it and inserting the URL over their name.

@Kari how could I determine which meeting link is selected for each team member?

For example: pick a 15 minute meeting with a specific description

I wouldn't want visitors to be able to book (say) a 60 minute meeting
