Using ChatGPT to interrogate your CRM data

Hello Hubspot community!

I was wondering if there are any plans to allow users to use ChatGPT to interrogate their CRM data.

It would be really helpful to be able to ask ChatGPT questions about our customer data, such as:

"What is the average lifetime value of our customers?"
"How many customers made a purchase in the past month?"
"What is the most common reason for customer churn?"
"Which marketing campaigns have the highest conversion rate?"
"Which customers are most likely to make a repeat purchase?"

Being able to ask ChatGPT these kinds of questions would save a lot of time and effort in analyzing and understanding our CRM data.

Do any other users feel the same way? Are there any updates on this feature being implemented in the future?

There is no plan for now and I cannot find an external integration online, I'd recommend posting an Idea in our Ideas Forum regarding this. That way other users can upvote it; and the Product Team regularly monitors the Forum

Those are very specific analytics questoins that may not be best suited for ChatGPT. You may find a better use for it in content geneation. We wrote an articl on the use of ChatGPT and HubSPot here.

Hi there, I found out that there is an integration tool with using ChatGPT for HubSpot. I think I can't accurately bring the use you suggest, but there are other interesting features. Question: You mention ChatGPT. But my undestanding is that there is currently no API access to ChatGPT, only to the base model GPT3, which is very different. Can you clarify - which is your system using? Many thanks.

I haven't used it in my operations yet, but from the test I did it helps to write an email body, or with notes inside the hubspot crm.

Great question - Hubspot directly are doing some super cool things with chatspot.ai. They are iterating weekly so I would definitely check them out.

Here at Data Parrot we love Hubspot and are building a bunch of proactive AI-based tech including smart summaries, proactive dashboards/analytics, and recommendations. Basically, an automated data analyst.

Hi Kristen, Thank you! I've implemented Hubspot at many different startups as well as non-profits. The pace of innovation is amazing to watch compared to alternatives.

It's also a very friendly platform to build apps for.

With Data Parrot, we have just started our beta program and it's incredible!

I'm building something that can answer these kinds of analytics questions way better than the HubSpot MCP - (the project is on my linktree )
If this is interesting to you, please get in touch - here or on LinkedIn - I'm trying to figure out if it's worth pursuing. I think it could be super powerful, especially this year, but also am concerned most people aren't using AI despite the hype.

We would be interested, we are building lots of additional AI marketing functionality and next step is HubSpot integration. I'd be interested to hear how your MCP is different from the one provided by HubSpot.
