We have a list of customer accounts and contacts that we want to mark as do not sell new equipment to because they are not in our territory. Is there any way a pop-up window or a flag be put onto an account and contact, so it is easy to see as soon as you bring it up on screen?

Having an email notification is usually too late we want something that is almost blaring in the face as soon as the contact or company is brought up on screen.

A simple option could be a custom property shown at the top of the sidebar of a contact record:

Alternatively, HubSpot has recently introduced CRM development tools. You can find this '[Public Beta] CRM Development Tools to Extend Record Page Middle Pane and Sidebar' by clicking your profile image in the portal in the top right corner > Product updates > Betas.

Once opted into the beta, you'll see a CRM Development main menu option. The CRM card builder lets you create alert messages to place in the middle pane or sidebar:

If you're not a developer, you might need the help of one.
