Using multiple currencies - deal in AUD - quote in USD

Is there a way to change the currency from AUD to USD?

Our deals are set in AUD to accurately reflect what sales are coming in. When it comes to quoting, some clients would prefer a quote in USD as opposed to AUD. Is there a way we can keep AUD in the deal and change it to USD in the quote for the client?

If we change the deal to USD it impacts our sales pipeline as our targets are in AUD.

Trying to find a solution to keep all our deals in AUD, but send quotes in USD. Does anyone have a solution?

Hi @MonMac quotes inherit the Deal currency so in order to do a quote in USD you need to have the Deal currency also in USD.

However, if your Company Currency is set to AUD, if Deal amount is in USD, for reporting and pipeline purposes it will be converted to AUD. This can be set in your account defaults, adding multiple currencies.

Thanks so much for your suggestion/solution.
Is there a way to automate the fluctuating exchange rate in AUD/USD. Or do we have to manually check and adjust the conversion rate?

Hi Monique,

DoCurrencies is a free new native app that updates all HubSpot currency rates every day. It runs automatically and has an “Update Currencies Now” button for when you add a new currency. Be sure to enter your portal ID when ordering because HubSpot upgrades your portal as part of the ordering process.
