Anyway, you should keep up the good work and improve the data to perfection.&lt;BR /&gt;In the process of data enrichment, I have some advice to give. Firstly, make your employee at the end of the shift to check the data manually for at least ten leads. They can use sources like Google, open libraries, official websites, blogs, and even forums. Secondly, hire companies that perform &lt;A href="https://www.globaldatabase.com/data-enrichment" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;lead enrichment API&lt;/A&gt; on a professional level. Thirdly, implement in the employees' working process the rule "daily generated leads, will lead to more sales".&lt;BR /&gt;All described above seem to be elementary at first sight, but in fact, it's a complex and challenging process.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Within our company we are trying to figure out a better way to enrich our ICP data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Currently we have imported data from an external source into Hubspot but the data quality isn't all too great.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What we are wanting to do is to have a set of ICP data points a company must have (size, turnover, service/product offered, age, etc) and import that data into Hubspot for our sales reps to chase or marketing to reach out to.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My current idea would be basically bundling certain external sources into a master data management tool to validate and cleanse the ICP data points before it enters into Hubspot. This goes both ways as we have over 18k companies in our database already which need to be enriched and or disqualified. Preferably this should be done in weekly batches, no need for daily/real-time as companies don't change THAT quickly :).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions on how to best do this? &lt;P&gt;I guess your process today isn't all that different than what I would probably do. If I were in your shoes (as I understand) it, I would:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;handle data cleansing via a spreadsheet before import&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;for contacts already in HubSpot, I would export and handle clean up in a spreadsheet if it would be easier to handle in bulk&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;after I import/re-import the data into HubSpot with the cleaned-up data and ideally more complete, I would create active lists to help identify which contacts/companies were still missing values&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Depending on volume of records still missing data, I would assign reps tasks to complete missing data for their contacts&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;I would create a dashboard of "Records missing ICP data" for easy access&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
