Are you up to date with HubSpot CRM newest features?

Hey, hubspotters?

I hope things are going well over there. I have been following our academy professor @KyleJepson on LinkedIn for some time now, and Kyle shares the latest updates, features and properties that make your using the HubSpot CRM more fun and productive.

To be sincere, there are so many of these newest features, and keeping up with them can be tedious, especially if your operations do not require them at all times.

However, there are specifics of these newest features which I find interesting, and one of them will be the ability to create a simple workflow from marketing emails and forms.

Which of these newest features did you find most thrilling, and how have they helped your inside operations so far?

I'm personnally excited about the Rich Text property update, I think it's great and I've seen this been asked for a while now!

@BukunmiOdetayo I completely agree that Kyle's posts have made it so much easier for me to keep up with the latest updates, they're always at the top of my feed when I log in, short and to the point (and filled with so much excitement you can't help but start your day with a smile).

A few years ago, HubSpot sent a survey about product updates; if you preferred video or text, and some other things. At the time, I thought - there is no way I am watching a video that could possibly cover all of this. I'll keep skimming my way through and click through on what I need to know more about.

This is not that. and absolutely worth your time, even if it is about a Hub your not working in, there is something to be gained from understanding where HubSpot is headed.

I agree with @TitiCuisset that the new rich text property is a game changer!

Need to send an email with a custom photo update? done!

Need to send a custom link in a sales sequence? done!

I can think of 1000s of ways to use this and hope to see conversations popping up over how to incorporate into campaigns and strategies.

I also heard about the zoom integration (the one inside your zoom meeting) from Kyle. and the update for it.

You're right @BukunmiOdetayo - it's a lot to keep up with when it comes to HubSpot updates. As a trainer, I sometimes wonder if I even know anything anymore! 😅

One of my favorite new updates is HubSpot Payments, and being able to add payments to forms and meeting links. I love that!

Great to hear that @danmoyle ! I am sure HubSpot's product team still got much more exciting features to roll out to us as the users' demands and needs change over time.

Sincerely, HubSpot has got so much for us and we're not ready for it yet.
