Filter Deals by attached documents

Is there a way to filter out all the deals where there is a document attached.

Better if we get the name of the attachment too.

After checking a few options (e.g. activity reports, default deal properties), I found that is not possible at this stage.

If you make it a habit to change a property value or log a note with a certain keyword when you upload an attachment, you could search for that value or note. It's far from ideal as it's manual.
