&lt;P&gt;After checking a few options (e.g. activity reports, default deal properties), I found that is not possible at this stage.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you make it a habit to change a property value or log a note with a certain keyword when you upload an attachment, you could search for that value or note. It's far from ideal as it's manual.&lt;/P&gt;
