Is there any addons that does that well?

Thank you for reaching out.

This is not possible with HubSpot natively, but it looks like integromat (now make) may be able to automate this for twitter.

I also want to tag some of our experts here - @Mike_Eastwood @Josh @Phil_Vallender do you have any suggestion for @dmattauch on this?

We are also looking at ways we can leverage the Twitter handle property within our outreach campaigns. Do we have any case studies where a Hubspot user was able to successfully leverage a customer twitter handle in a campaign?
