Any idea of a temporary solution that could be good enough up until we are in a stage that we could upgrade to Enterprise?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd like to have a structured (yet customizable) information capturing tool (e.g., form) that will serve our sales team (internally) to collect the right information during a discovery call and further throughout the sales process.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This tool should not only guide the reps on which data to collect but will also enable "telling the story of an opportunity" in a snapshot combining data related to the deal and fhe associated contacts, company(ies) etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Obviously, the data should be populated into hubspot (including custom properties of course) and vice-versa - for existing and new leads.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From previous conversations, I understand that Hubspot Forms is not the way to go for this purpose, so I appreciate your view and ideas. Maybe Gsheet integration? Other 3rd party?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Iddo&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;HubSpot has it's on feature for this, &lt;A href="https://knowledge.hubspot.com/playbooks/use-playbooks" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;playbooks&lt;/A&gt;, but it's only available in HubSpot Sales or Service Hub Enterprise.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I'm not aware of anything that I'd consider lightweight and elegant. You could link a Google Form to a Google Sheet which is then linked to HubSpot deals via Zapier – which means that your Google Form would be the structured input. I haven't tested it but it should work.&lt;/P&gt;
