We currently do exactly what you do - run multiple lists for each campaign. Agree it would be amazing to be able to provide different actions for registered - split by attended and non show.

Hi there -

So I come from a Salesforce - Marketo background and I've struggled with figuring out the HubSpot alternative to the following feature:

In Marketo, they have, what they call Marketing Progran Statuses, which for a webainar as an example, allow you to track those who have Registered vs Attended, vs No-Show.

The closes thing I have come to find is a HubSpot Campaign, but in the campign there doesn't really seem to have the same feature. As a result, I've been creating 2 lists and linking them to the Campaign - a "registered/live viewer" list and an "on-demand" list. Not ideal - but it's the closes thing I've come up with.

Was curious to see if anyone here has come up with a more elegant solution to this - or perhaps the functionalty exists but I just am not finding it in HS.

Anways, would really appreciate some ideas.

Many thanks,

-Troy

Hi @TLarson5,

The closest would be marketing events: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/integrations/use-marketing-events

There have been quite a few product updates here recently so this seems to be a focus area of the product team at the moment and we can likely expect more features.

If that doesn't meet your requirements, the next best option is a custom object: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/object-settings/create-custom-objects

Best regards

Great point, and you're definitely not alone in this!

This would be a fantastic feature request. We'd encourage you to post this in the HubSpot Ideas Forum so the product team can see the demand for it. The more upvotes it gets, the better chance it has of being prioritized! 🙌

Cassie, Community Manager
