Contact workfow - When Contact is Created Via the Direct Traffic from Meetings Link

I am stuck on a Workflow. I found one similar from a few years ago, but things have changed and I am fairly new to HubSpot.

I would like to create a simple workflow. When a Contact is created via Direct Traffic from HubSpot meeting link that the Contact Owner and Admin is notified via email.

Ultimately we need them to fill in the customized Contact Properties after a Contact is created.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi @Lisa_Morris,

If your goal is filling certain properties, here's how I would set this up:

Enrollment based on "When filter criteria is met", select "Form submissions", find the meeting link and select it
Additionally, specify "Create date is less than 1 day ago"
Consider adding filters for the properties you want to fill being unknown
Add the "Internal email notification" action

This is not limiting the notification to contacts from direct traffic, it will also include contacts created shortly before a meeting submission. but it will serve your overall goal of filling certain fields on new contacts.

Actually I need them to fill in the Contact Properties or the designated Admin for that team, so I just need a simple workflow of when a Contact is created via Direct Traffic from HubSpot meeting link that the Contact Owner and Admin is notified via email.

Our custom contact properties are a little more complex so they need to be filled in manually.

@Lisa_Morris my proposed workflow solves for that, as far as I understand your requirements. If it doesn't, could you please specify why/how?

The workflow takes new contacts converting on a meeting link, notifying whichever recipients you specify.

@karstenkoehler Sorry, I misunderstood and misread.

It is making me fill in all of the meeting links under form submission. Is there a way to capture ALL of the Meeting links for all of our sellers? Otherwise as we add new sellers, I will have to add them to the workflow.

I was hoping there was a Form Submission "contains" then I could use "Meeting Links: "

@Lisa_Morris sure, you can also filter for the contact property "First conversion contains any of Meetings:"
