how to pick the pipeline shown as default?

I want to set the pipeline that is shown as a default when I click on "deals" tab. How can I do this?

I tried reordering the pipelines but this does not change anything.

Hey @TBuergel, thank you for posting in our Community!

To set a default pipeline in HubSpot, simply go to the Deals tab, select the pipeline you want as the default from the dropdown, and HubSpot will remember this selection for future visits. Reordering pipelines only changes their listing order, not the default view.

I am not sure if you can define the default pipeline that is always shown when you go to deals. I believe HubSpot remembers the last pipeline you viewed, and when you come back to Deals, you will see the same pipeline.

Hi, whenever my sales team or myself (admin) try this, the view always returns to the default instead of the last one we used. Could you confirm if this is still happening? If it is, do you know why our instance keeps opening the default view instead of the last one accessed?

In our portal, the system remembers the last viewed pipeline (I just checked), so when you get back to Deals you have the last pipeline you viewed opened

@KlemenHrovat is correct that the system should recognize the last opened pipeline in your browser. If your team is not seeing this behavior on their end, then I presume that this could be a cookie/cache issue. For example, if a last visit is not recognized (for example; testing in an Incognito window), then the pipeline that is first displayed will be the pipeline at the top of the order, set in your pipeline settings, like seen here.
