Payment Link Says Checkout

When I text somebody a payment link, it says Checkout and has the Hubspot Logo. Is there any way to get my Logo or Name on it?

Hi @Mhachmann

Yes, you can customize part of the branding that appears on your HubSpot payment links!

Currently, you can replace the default HubSpot logo with your own company logo. However, you can’t display your company name separately on the payment link page.

To change the logo, you’ll want to set up your HubSpot Branding Settings.

Here’s how:

1. Navigate Settings > Account Defaults > Branding

(or to Content > Brand - in beta)

Here, you can upload your Brand Kit:

This includes

Logo
Brand colors

After saving, head over to
Commerce → Payment Links
and check your existing or new payment links - they should now reflect your updated branding!

If you'd like your company name to appear visually, consider uploading a logo that includes your business name (e.g., a full logo lockup instead of just an icon).

Also, feel free to submit or upvote a feature request on the HubSpot Ideas forum, this is a common ask and could benefit many users.

I beleive my brand is up to date and it still doesn't show as evidenced by the pictures below.

I would like to know if there is any way to change how those links look.

The icon and preview in iMessage come from the Open Graph tags on HubSpot-hosted pages. For Meetings, Forms, Checkout, and other HubSpot system URLs, these tags aren’t customizable, so the HubSpot logo will always appear.

If you need your own preview image, the only workaround is to share a URL on your own domain where you control the OG metadata, and have that page redirect or link into the HubSpot page.

Since the OG tags must come from the URL that’s actually being shared, it has to start on your domain for the preview to reflect your branding.
