      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Some practical tips/recommendations below from experience:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Leads vs. Deals:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; Define each clearly and stay consistent, for example:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Leads&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; are new contacts who’ve shown interest but haven’t been qualified yet.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Deals&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; are confirmed sales opportunities that are actively being worked.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Keep separate stages for each (e.g Leads: New &amp;gt; Contacted &amp;gt; Converted &amp;gt; Disqualified) and Deals (Discovery &amp;gt; Proposal &amp;gt; Won/Lost etc)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Automate follow-ups:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; Set triggers for inactivity (e.g no activity in 14 days → send check-in email or create follow-up task).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Re-engage slow deals:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; If a deal stalls, move it to a “Nurture” stage and enroll it in a re-engagement email flow.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Track key metrics:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; Monitor conversion rates, deal velocity, time in stage to spot bottlenecks to optimise around&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Happy to run through in more detail on call if needed&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
