Has anyone had any luck or found any work around to log & track emails sent from deskpro in hubspot?

We use Deskpro as our ticketing system for support & sales enquiries and have recently set the sales team up with the HubSpot outlook extension to log emails sent via outlook.

However, all web enquries land in deskpro and there isn't a Bcc option to add the HubSpot tracking email address.

Deskpro have their own integration but it only allows you to check HubSpot activities in Deskpro but not Deskpro activies in HubSpot

Deskpro won’t BCC HubSpot, so you won’t get native opens/clicks tracking. Two workable paths:
1) Quick no-code: pipe the support mailbox into a HubSpot Conversations Inbox (set an auto-forward from the shared mailbox to your HubSpot team address). Inbound messages will log on the contact; outbound from Deskpro still won’t track, but at least the thread is visible in HubSpot.

2) Use Deskpro’s webhooks/API on message created to upsert the contact in HubSpot by email, then create a CRM engagement of type EMAIL with the message details and associate it to the contact (and company/deal if you have IDs). That gives you full logging of Deskpro activity on the HubSpot timeline. You can also write Deskpro’s own open/click flags back as custom properties or timeline events, since HubSpot’s pixel won’t fire on emails sent outside HubSpot.
