HubSpot does not have any out f the box capabilities for this, I'd recommend looking at Koalify, a third-party app for HubSpot: https://koalify.io/

Alternatively, there's also Insycle.

i want that if a contact fills a form twice with the same email then 2 contacts should be created with same email, how can i achieve this?

Hey @ENadeem - thanks for posting in the Community!

As noted in the Accepted Solution of this Community post, this is not currently possible. The email address is the unique identifier in HubSpot. If it wasn't, that would have implications for consent, confirmation, deduplication and many more topics.
