&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For the first one. "Move Leads to 'Attempting' When Outreach is Completed":&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Trigger: The workflow should be triggered when an outreach action is logged for a lead (such as logging a call, sending an email, or logging a meeting).&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Action: Set the "Lead Stage" property of the lead to "Attempting."&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Here's what you would then do.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Create a contact-based or lead-based workflow.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Make the enrollment trigger "Activity is logged" (call, email, meeting, message, etc.) on the record.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Then set the workflow action as "Set property value 'Lead Stage' to 'Attempting'."&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Note: You may need to use “Activity property” triggers or filter for types of communication relevant to your process (like only calls/emails marked as “outreach”).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Now for the other ask, "Move Leads to 'Connected' When a Lead Connects With Owner" :&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Trigger: The workflow should be triggered when there is engagement from the lead, such as a reply to an email, a meeting booked and marked completed, or a call outcome logged as “Connected.”&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Action: Set "Lead Stage" to "Connected."&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Setting this one up should look like this:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Use a workflow triggered by one of these criteria:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;The outcome of an activity is set to “Connected,” or&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;An email reply is received, or&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;A meeting outcome is marked as “Completed” and associated to the lead.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Your workflow action would then be "Set property value 'Lead Stage' to 'Connected'."&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>recreating lead stage progression</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;doesn't anyone have a workflow template that recreates these lead pipeline stage automations? These toggles aren't available for new lead pipelines, so i need to create custom workflows to progress leads (for the new pipeline) to the next stage, just like the default automations show. I want to create 2 workflows&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1- move leads to "attempting" stage when a user completes an outreach to a lead.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 - move leads to connected when a lead connects with the lead owner.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="MarlaM_0-1760638346964.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.hubspot.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/158883i5477DF3BCABDCCAC/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="MarlaM_0-1760638346964.png" alt="MarlaM_0-1760638346964.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Before I got your response, this is what i ended up doing for the first (move lead from new to attempting) and second (from lead from attempting to connected) workflow, let me know your thoughts.
