Hey @LMetherall you can just use a regular HubSpot form to do this. You just need to add ticket properties and connect it to a helpdesk to create the tickets.

In the new forms editor under "submission settings" you'll see a toggle to turn on "Automatic ticket creation"

Hi community,

Has anyone seen any good HubSpot Academy resource on setting up a ticketing system? I'm managing a few platforms internally, (HubSpot is one of them) and I am getting random requests for help or information from my colleagues.
I want to give them a URL for digital requests like this that has a form that can turn into tickets. My initial searching no Academy wasn't helpful, so I'm asking here. I can set up a form just keen to learn how to turn it into a work ticket for myself.

Hi Tom,

I should have mentioned we're on Marketing Starter and that's not an option to me, however I have set up a form and will use the form submission history to track submissions.

Hey @LMetherall One workaround you could use would be a custom contact property. You could have a dropdown with something like "Ticket property" and the dropdown values could be like "New" "In progress" "closed" or whatever you want. Add a hidden field to your form with this property and set it's default value to "new". Then you could have a list of contacts who have both submit the form and have a property value of "new". So anytime you update it those contacts will be removed from the list!
