      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi HubSpot Community &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":waving_hand:"&gt;👋&lt;/span&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’m trying to build a workflow automation tied to Sequences, and I’m not sure if it’s possible with HubSpot’s current functionality.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here’s the use case:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;A Customer Success Manager sends a partner a &lt;STRONG&gt;specific sequence&lt;/STRONG&gt; (e.g., Renewal Kickoff).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want that sequence enrollment to trigger a &lt;STRONG&gt;journey/workflow&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the partner &lt;STRONG&gt;does not interact&lt;/STRONG&gt; (no reply, no engagement) with that email or sequence after &lt;STRONG&gt;30 days&lt;/STRONG&gt;, then:&lt;BR /&gt;→ Automatically create a &lt;STRONG&gt;task for the CSM&lt;/STRONG&gt; (or send an internal notification/email) to follow up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;In short: &lt;STRONG&gt;Trigger workflow from a specific sequence name → monitor engagement → after 30 days of no activity → task/email to CSM.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to do this in HubSpot (easiest way without having the need to create properties and just based on the specific sequenc)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance for your help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The easiest way to do this would be without a workflow: At the end of your sequence, simply wait for 30 days, then create a task for the CSM. Regular unenrollment criteria for the sequence apply: if nothing happens, the task will be created after 30 days. If there's a response, the sequence will be ended.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;(This could better be achieved through a workflow with automated marketing emails, where you can specifically reference the open, click, reply to each individual email.)&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you still want to do this via workflow, you could enroll contacts based on 'When an event occurs' &amp;gt; 'Contact enrolled in a sequence'. After enrollment, add a delay for as many days as you want to give a contact after sequence enrollment to engage, then use 'Create task'. As workflow goal, unenroll contacts when 'Last sales email replied date is less than X days ago' and before the task, use a branch to check if "Recent sales email open date is less than X days ago OR Recent sales email clicked date is less than X days ago".&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In my opinion, this introduces complexity that is unneeded. If you're sending a sequence, it's unlikely that the recipient will not even open at least one of them. So, as a simplification, you could go with the sequence task and probably achieve the same outcome.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
