Workflow comparison

Hi, I have two workflows that should do the same, but I get negative results (no automatic movement) with the second - is it set wrongly?

1. First is set to make the movement upon completion of a task only, and it worsks:

2. Second also checks if desired properties are also filled in, and that one does not work, enrollment criteria are the same for both.

Any advice?

Can you please share screenshots of the following of both workflows?

Workflow enrollment criteria
Re-enrollment settings
Screenshot of workflow revision history (specifically: when you turned these workflows on, did you choose to enroll existing records or not?)

Could you please also confirm the following?

How exactly are you testing?

Hi, thank you @karstenkoehler for all the details, hope below I got all info:

1. First workflow:
1.1. The structure:

1.2 Enrolment and reenrollment criteria

1.3 It is a test workflow where only few test deals where entered, then the deals were deleted, but in settings I was picking up enroll existing deals

1.4 I test by doing test deals on test pipelines, and on the above test workflow I do not have any issues with automation.
/ I see issues with automation on the below (second) workflow (it is old with many many deals enrolled)

Do you see anything in the second (old) workflow that may cause situations where it does not automate upon complition of the last task ?

@MTraczyk thank you – could you please share how exactly you're testing, what you're expecting to happen and what is actually happening?

Have you checked the workflow actions log for the test records (see my previous reply)? If so, what do you see there?

Hi, I have not worked with action logs yet, the one I have found for test deal I did yesterday on the old worflow looks like this, what would I see here if an automation would not work?

@MTraczyk it looks like the deal went through the workflow cleanly – the numbered steps correspond to workflow actions, so if you open the log side by side with your workflow, you can retrace where the deal went. Is it matching with what you expected to happen or not?
