That way you can see all activities by activity owner and filter for calls, meetings, or tasks.

Thought about putting together a report to measure the Average number of times contacted per contact. Only problem is, after 3 weeks we automatically assign the owner to a BDR who works together with the main sales rep. So effectively at that point it will inflate the numbers for the BDR rep, as a lot of the outreach was already done prior to the contact owner reassignment. I thought that one solution could be to somehow create teams for the Sales/BDR rep pairs so I can use that to group in the report, essentially giving a combined number to use.

Or else maybe a more accurate way would be to do an activity report instead and base off of the activity owner to measure the average count of activities, specifically logged calls, emails, or meeetings?

Don't need specific activities per say, just a count of how many times they were touched (email, phone, sms, meeting)

It would be a specific subset of contacts, i.e. form fills within the past
month, something like that. We have 4 reps that are all getting form fills
and want to make sure they are hitting each one up at least 3 times, more
or less! Thx

@Stacks42 thank you for clarifying, exact steps would be: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/create-reports-with-the-custom-report-builder

Select Contacts as primary data source + Activities as additional data source

Filter report by "Recent conversion date is less than 30 days ago" and "Activity created by is any of [relevant sales reps]"

Select a pivot table visualization and set up as shown below

Alternatively, regular table:

Nice! Creating HubSpot Teams is a smart move it makes it so much easier to group reps and see their performance together. You can also add an activity report on top of that to track calls, meetings, and tasks for each team. Super handy combo!
