Leads/Contacts with 2-way Communication

Looking for a good way to build a report that will show total contacts vs total contacts that have had some sort of two-way communication via call, email, or sms.

I would like to be able to show a % of total that have has the 2-way communication.

Any easy way to accomplish?

Hi @Stacks42,

This would require some assisting assets.

First, you would have to create a contact list for contacts with inbound activities and another for contacts with outbound activities:

You would then create a custom property, e.g. "Logged communication direction" with values "Inbound", "Outbound", "Two-way".

You could then create a workflow that re-enrolls records based on membership in the lists above, branches accordingly by list membership, then sets the value of the newly created property to the right value.

Once this is running, you can create a simple pie chart that visualizes Count of contacts by this new property.
