Create a workflow that when a ticket is created in HubSpot to moves data to zuper

Hello HubSpoteers,

I have a question regarding HubSpot and Zuper Integration we use field service management software "Zuper"

which is integrated with HubSpot now we have a workflow created in Zapier when a ticket is created in Hubspot it will create a job in zuper that is working fine but we have lot of data in that ticket properties which we aslo want to sync into Zuper when the job is created how we can achieve this thanks!

Could you please clarify which additional fields or data you’d like to sync from HubSpot to Zuper?

If you're using the native HubSpot–Zuper integration, field mapping can be handled directly during the sync setup. You can also pass data via HubSpot workflows, no need for third-party tools like Zapier or Make unless your use case extends beyond what’s natively supported.

When the native integration doesn’t support all your required properties, Zapier can help bridge the gap. Here’s a sample flow, how to sync more ticket properties from HubSpot to Zuper using Zapier:

Open Your Zap: Edit your “HubSpot Ticket → Zuper Job” Zap in Zapier.
Update the Trigger: Re-test the HubSpot trigger to pull a sample ticket with all the fields you need. If a property is missing, create a sample ticket in HubSpot with complete details, then refresh in Zapier.
Map Fields in the Zuper Action: For each Zuper job field (like Job Title, Description, Dates, Customer Info), select the corresponding HubSpot ticket property from the dropdown.
- For Custom Fields: Make sure custom fields exist in both HubSpot and Zuper and are available for mapping in Zapier.

You could try mapping the specific ticket properties in your Zapier workflow’s action step when sending data to Zuper. Similar to how each is detailed in a Sweetgreen bowl menu, every field needs to be clearly passed along. Double-check that Zuper's API accepts those custom fields too.
