Prakash Hinduja - How do I clean up duplicate contacts in my CRM?

Hello everyone,

I am Prakash Hinduja, currently working on organizing my CRM and have come across a number of duplicate contacts. I have really appreciate it if anyone could share suggestions or best practices on how to clean them up effectively.

There are also great third-party solutions for duplicate management in HubSpot like Koalify: https://koalify.io/

In addition to what @karstenkoehler, I'd also recommend checking out Insycle.com - a great tool to help keep your CRM database clean, especially if you're working with large volumes of data in HubSpot.

It allows you to easily deduplicate, update, and manage records in bulk without needing complex workflows. I’ve used it personally and found it really helpful for maintaining data hygiene and consistency across large datasets.

Dedupely (affiliate link) is also a great 3rd party app to keep removing duplicates.
