Using Deal Card for Deal Stage/Exit Criteria

Hi All! We are struggling with lost visibility to the deal stage exit criteria in HubSpot (we were previously in Dynamics which had better visibility to this). I was going to build a Playbook but we don't have Sales Enterprise so we can include dynamic fields in the Playbook, and I don't want our reps having to double input. I watched a webinar today about custom cards and was wondering if we could use a card to map out the deal stages as a reminder to our reps of the criteria before moving a deal to the next stage. Has anyone else done this? Or have an alternative idea?

Could you explain what you mean by deal stage exit criteria? Can you give an example?

If you're referring to information the sales rep is supposed to put in before allowing a deal to move to another stage, wouldn't required deal stage properties be a solution? https://knowledge.hubspot.com/object-settings/set-up-and-customize-pipelines#set-up-conditional-stage-properties

Hi @karstenkoehler! Thanks for the response. We do have the deal stage properties configured - the main issue is they can't see which fields are required until they try and move it from one stage to the next.

@Patti_R in the record customization options, you can make property sections in the left sidebar conditional (by deal stage).

That's how you could display the currently required properties prominently 🙂
