Help needed - No ability to create a simple forecast report

IS there anywhere one can get actual help on this system please? I am drowning!

I am currently having to export all pipelines every week and filter in Excel as Hubspot can't do a simple forecast. It's driving me mad!

Could you confirm which HubSpot subscription you have? Your post is tagged as Starter – the forecasting tool in HubSpot is however limited to Sales and Service Hub Professional or Enterprise: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/forecast/use-the-forecast-tool

You can give Coefficient's excel add-in a try. Makes it a lot easier to work with the HubSpot data!

Hi @JPalmer1,

The issue you're facing is tied to your HubSpot subscription. As @karstenkoehler mentioned, the forecasting tool is only available on Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise; it’s not included in the Starter plan.

If you’re comfortable with technical setups, an alternative is using the HubSpot API + Google Sheets:

Pull deal data using HubSpot's API
Connect it to Google Sheets via Apps Script
Build automated forecast models there

In the meantime, double-check your current subscription tier. If forecasting is essential and manual exports are too time-consuming, upgrading to Sales Hub Pro may be worth it for access to built-in forecasting and advanced reporting.
