I just set up my account for our corporate hubspot and set up a sample pipeline to poke around. it applied that pipeline to all of our deals. how do i undo that in bulk. We have hundreds of deals in there and I dont want to go through all of the individualy.

There are two ways you can fix this:

Bulk Edit Records – You can select all deals in the incorrect pipeline and bulk update them to the correct one. Here’s a step-by-step guide: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/records/bulk-edit-records
Move a Deal to a Different Pipeline – If you want to move deals from one pipeline to another, you can follow this process: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/records/move-a-record-from-one-pipeline-to-another

Please note: HubSpot doesn’t have an “undo” feature for pipeline changes, so bulk editing is your best option to fix this quickly.

@ArisudanTiwari suggests a really good solution.

Another option would be to use a workflow to move Deals to the correct pipeline. This would allow you to build some logic to determine which Deals are moved, and potentially leave some in your new pipeline if you want. On the other hand, you may not want to jump in to workflows if you are new to the platform.

Unless you're working from a sandbox, all of the changes you make in HubSpot and which you apply are in the production environment: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account-management/set-up-a-hubspot-standard-sandbox-account

In general, unless you specifically see a button in some tools (like the email or workflow editor), there is no reverse button. Saved changes are applied and can typically not be reversed through one or two clicks only.

Depending on which changes you made to your pipelines, you'll have to retrace them and restore the pipeline stages you had before.

You can then bulk edit your records to put them into the correct stages again: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/records/bulk-edit-records

As @ArisudanTiwari already mentioned the best approach, apart from this manual export and import is an option, which you can try but that will take some time.
