Product Bundles

I found some threads on this topic but never really found an answer.

We are hoping there is a way to add a "bundle" of products to a quote. We'd essentially like to use a bundle to add several items to the quote at once that are typically sold together.

We need this for two reasons. One, it saves a lot of time with the ability to add multiple products all at once and delete the ones you dont need. It's faster to delete line items than it is to add them. Secondly, we'd like to use the quote as a packing list in our shipping department. Currently, we use the item description to state which additional items need to be included with a product.

I was able to use this type of feature with another CRM that called them "kits". So I'm hoping there is a way to do this in Hubspot. It could be a huge time saver when creating long quotes.

I usually look for solutions in thirdparty apps when HubSpot features doesn't exactly meet my requirements.

I found out you can achieve product bundles in quotes with a thirdparty app integration called "Quote-Happily"

HubSpot doesn’t have a built-in way to add product bundles to quotes yet.

Right now, you have to add each product one by one. Some teams get around this by creating a single “bundle” product that includes everything, but it’s not very flexible.

You can keep using the product description to note extra items like you’re doing, or explore third-party tools for more advanced bundling.

Yep, I’ve felt that same headache. Adding products one by one gets old fast when you're always selling the same sets. Quick check: are you using HubSpot's built-in quote tool, or do you have something extra like a CPQ tool?

- HubSpot doesn’t have a real “bundle” or “kit” feature (yet), but here’s a trick that’s worked for me:

- Create a product called something like “Starter Kit – Widget A, B, C”

- In the description, list the included items and any packing notes

- Add that to your quote, then just delete or tweak any parts you don’t need

It’s not as slick as real bundles, but it’s way faster than adding every item one by one. If you're open to using outside tools, something like Quote-Happily lets you build actual bundles you can drop in with a click.

If your kits are more detailed, I’ve got a few other workarounds, just let me know!

Quote-Happily seems like a good option but, as a small company, it's a bit cost prohibitive at $5k/yr.

@TStory44 @CarolinaDeMares you should also explore the LineNer app, simple yet powerfull app, that offer bundles + is less costly... basic bundle features that I am sure can handle this "
