    <description>&lt;P&gt;Our sales and Marketing team both are on same platform.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They Target different records to send Marketing Emails using workflow. They also use Sales Sequences to send emails.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As a a manager I would like to create a Global filter which all members can see and focus on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We want to find records who are opening our emails (marketing or sales) more than&amp;nbsp; 3 times&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And then we want to send them one to one personal emails for more engagement.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Shall we use Lists or View for above Purpose?&amp;nbsp; Or report&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can we filter them so all users can easily access it?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As far as filters go, you could leverage these properties:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class="hs_cos_wrapper hs_cos_wrapper_meta_field hs_cos_wrapper_type_rich_text" data-hs-cos-general-type="meta_field" data-hs-cos-type="rich_text"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Marketing emails opened:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;the number of marketing emails opened. This value is incremented at most once per email so if the same email is opened multiple times, this value will only increase by one. &lt;A href="https://knowledge.hubspot.com/marketing-email/how-to-use-transactional-email-in-hubspot?hubs_content=knowledge.hubspot.com/properties/hubspots-default-contact-properties&amp;amp;hubs_content-cta=transactional-email" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Transactional email&lt;/A&gt; interactions do &lt;SPAN&gt;not&lt;/SPAN&gt; count towards opens.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class="hs_cos_wrapper hs_cos_wrapper_meta_field hs_cos_wrapper_type_rich_text" data-hs-cos-general-type="meta_field" data-hs-cos-type="rich_text"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Recent sales email open date: &lt;/STRONG&gt;the date of the last time that the contact opened a sales email. This property does not update for emails that were sent to more than one contact.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="hs_cos_wrapper hs_cos_wrapper_meta_field hs_cos_wrapper_type_rich_text" data-hs-cos-general-type="meta_field" data-hs-cos-type="rich_text"&gt;There is no contact property that counts how many sales emails were opened.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="hs_cos_wrapper hs_cos_wrapper_meta_field hs_cos_wrapper_type_rich_text" data-hs-cos-general-type="meta_field" data-hs-cos-type="rich_text"&gt;If you want to see contacts with a certain level of engagement, you could also create an engagement score:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://knowledge.hubspot.com/scoring/build-fit-scores" target="_blank"&gt;https://knowledge.hubspot.com/scoring/build-fit-scores&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="hs_cos_wrapper hs_cos_wrapper_meta_field hs_cos_wrapper_type_rich_text" data-hs-cos-general-type="meta_field" data-hs-cos-type="rich_text"&gt;In the score settings, you can define how many points you want to award to a contact for opening marketing emails or sales emails. Once you have the score, you could also filter for it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

That’ll dynamically track anyone engaging heavily with marketing emails.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P data-start="131" data-end="939"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P data-start="131" data-end="939"&gt;The sales side, though, takes a bit more effort. Since HubSpot doesn’t natively track the number of times a contact opens sales sequence emails, you’ll need a workaround. The best way is to first create a custom number property like Sales Email Open Count. Then, build a simple workflow that triggers every time a sales email is opened and increments that number by one. Over time, that gives you a solid way to track high engagement on the sales side too.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P data-start="131" data-end="939"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P data-start="941" data-end="1470"&gt;Once both sides are set up, you can create a combined Active List that pulls in contacts who’ve opened either type of email more than three times. From there, it's easy to build a dashboard with two reports one showing marketing engagement and the other for sales sequences and share that with the team. Everyone gets visibility, and your reps can then send one-to-one emails to those warm contacts directly from the list.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
