Importing event attendance for multiple events and Lead Scoring

Greetings,

We run in person and virtual events frequently. I have the recent attendance from those events in a spreadsheet and I would like to log the attendance at each event separately, by the name and date of the event. The individuals on my spreadsheet are current contacts, and I have their first name, last name, email address, event date and event title.

From there, I would like to add that as something I score with Lead Scoring as well.

Can someone direct me to the best practices for doing this and using the data?

Hey @DSmith72 check the posts @BérangèreL, shared both guide you to quite simple and nice solutions to implement! If none of them answer to your data model needs I would suggest you to create a custom object called Events where each event could be associated to several (contacts, deals, companies) follow your custom made criteria and following your custom rules - this way you'll build a kind of library of events that would have their own KPIs, properties like event type, calculations (like if it's an event type focused more in branding than performance we calculate the targets through the budget defined but with lower multipliers), etc.

If this is what you're looking for (have in mind that this is harder to implement than what was mentioned on those posts and you need to have an Hubspot subscription to create custom events) ping me and I'll explain it in more detail 🙂
