Help building a report – campaign activity for contacts on a list

I’m trying to create a report in HubSpot and would really appreciate some guidance.

What I’m looking to do is build a report that shows all contacts on a specific list who are associated with a campaign – and then be able to see if they’ve been emailed, called, or had a meeting as part of that campaign.

Ideally, I want to be able to track campaign activity (emails, calls, meetings) only for those contacts who are on the list and linked to that campaign – not just general activity.

Is this possible through a custom report or a combination of filters/dashboards? Would love to hear how others are tracking this kind of engagement, or any creative workarounds if it's not straightforward!

If you've added Email, Call, and Meeting as assets when creating your campaigns, you are able to get the report, Influenced contact properties can help me locate contacts involved. Here is the article with more info.

You’re on the right track, but HubSpot can be a bit tricky when it comes to tying campaign activities directly to a static list of contacts, although the campaign dashboards mentioned are where I would start.

If you’ve already associated the emails, calls, and meetings as assets within your campaign, you can use influenced contact properties in custom reports to get part of the way there, but it won’t natively filter just for contacts on a specific list + tied to a campaign.

One workaround we’ve seen is to use Coefficient, a certified app on the marketplace, to pull in both:

Campaign asset engagement (emails, calls, meetings),

Contacts from your list.

Then you can join those in Google Sheets to filter only those who match both criteria, in the campaign and on the list. It gives you way more control over the logic since spreadsheets are super flexible.

Not native, but useful if you’re trying to do tighter campaign attribution without stitching together multiple dashboards. You can also sync any Google Sheets visualizations directly back into a HubSpot dashboard using HubSpot's native functionality. I created a quick video on this recently.
