Can I connect multipe whatsapp business accounts to my hubspot account so that the sales team can have their own whatsapp number?

Currently, HubSpot allows you to connect one WhatsApp Business account per HubSpot account. If your sales team needs individual numbers, each team member would need to use their own WhatsApp Business account outside of HubSpot for now.

An alternative solution could be exploring third-party integrations or tools that support multiple WhatsApp accounts and sync with HubSpot.

Hello @SJ61 ,

As @PamCotton said, you can't add multiple WhatsApp Business in the same HubSpot account. If I'm not wrong, each WhatsApp Business allows you to create 25 numbers. But, it depends if your WhatsApp Business Account is "warm".

You can explore third-party integrations such: Treble AI and Spread.Chat.
