Is it possible to automatically unenroll or cancel a meeting if there’s no reply?

Hi everyone,
We use HubSpot Meetings for booking and we're trying to optimize our lead follow-up process using HubSpot.

We want to automatically cancel a meeting if the lead doesn't interact with our reminders (e.g. doesn't reply to WhatsApp messages or emails within X days of the scheduled time).

Has anyone implemented a similar workflow?

Unfortunately not out of the box, no, there are no meeting-based workflows (which would likely make this possible).

For now, workarounds would rely on the HubSpot API: https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/reference/api/crm/engagements/meetings

This could either be approached with a private app or a custom code workflow action (available in Operations Hub Professional or Enterprise).
