Creating teams with limited views

Hi everyone!

I need some help please. We have 4 products available with our company and I am trying to create a team in HubSpot that can only see all the deals for 2 of the products. Unfortunately I can't change the deal owners as that is already attributed to a specific deal owner for reporting purposes.

Is there anything else I can do?

Hi @RazorP,

Record access in HubSpot is entirely based on ownership. If you cannot change deal ownership, then you're stuck in terms of changing access, unfortunately.

You would have to find a way to align ownership with the people who are supposed to access these deals.
