Hi @MThomas768

This should definitely have upgrade your existing account instead of creating a new one! I've never seen a new account created from an upgrade.

You need to contact HubSpot support, depending on which tier you upgrade to you should also have access to a CSM who would be able to assist.

After using our free Hubspot account, we decided to purchase the Marketing Starter and CRM Starter. We assumed that the purchase would result in our free account being upgraded. It did not.

A new account was created, but we were not aware it was a new account. Therefore, we loaded all of our data into the free account.

We discovered the issue after about 8 weeks.

I am trying to get someone to merge these accounts so we don't have to go through an export/import process.

It should have been made more clear that our upgraded account was new and the free account should have been disabled for us, so we didn't end up with this mess.

Hopefully, I will get swift resolution that minimizes the risk of losing our data.
