&lt;P&gt;This is the most direct way of updating a meeting from your calendar directly. There isn't any feature that would send a follow-up email to you, allowing you to reply to it to update a record in HubSpot.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Additionally, there are new betas for meeting recordings and transcriptions which you might find useful. They can be found under Settings &amp;gt; Product Updates &amp;gt; All:&lt;/P&gt;
