Automated Meeting Logging to CRM

Hi,

I’m looking for a way to log meetings right after they end, without having to manually access the website.

Is there an option to automatically receive an email at the end of each meeting, allowing me to input information that will be uploaded to the CRM under “Contracts”?

I’d appreciate any automated or semi-automated soultion that would help me document meetings and their summaries efficiently and quickly.

Hi @OrelJa,

This is possible using the calendar extensions for HubSpot:

This is the most direct way of updating a meeting from your calendar directly. There isn't any feature that would send a follow-up email to you, allowing you to reply to it to update a record in HubSpot.

Additionally, there are new betas for meeting recordings and transcriptions which you might find useful. They can be found under Settings > Product Updates > All:

Thank you for your quick response and support.

At the moment, we’re using Zoom Pro to record, transcribe, and summarize our meetings. I’m looking into ways to automatically integrate this data into our CRM in HubSpot.

Is there an existing Zoom app in HubSpot that supports this kind of integration?

From what I’ve seen in the HubSpot App Marketplace, it seems the Zoom app doesn’t currently support automatic syncing of transcripts and summaries — unlike other tools such as Google Meet or Fathom.

I’d appreciate any guidance or suggestions you may have on this.

Hey, I'm trying to find meeting summaries, I have the setting in calling turned on, i use Google Meet, but Hubspot doesn't join or pull the information in any way.

Where can I add the meeting data to contacts, deals, etc?
