Hi @TCP-Bookkeeping,

Yes, you can create scheduling pages by following these steps: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/meetings-tool/create-and-edit-scheduling-pages

SMS reminders are not (yet?) supported, however you can define email reminders. Workarounds are possible with the SMS add-on and workflows, but I wouldn't consider them reliable, unfortunately.

Best regards

Hey @TCP-Bookkeeping clients can set appointments with you through the meetings scheduler.

You could use some data syncs and potentially custom objects if you're on enterprise to create internal meetings to send out to customers too but within the free tools the meetings tool would be the closest you can get to something like that.

SMS marketing is available in HubSpot for some countries too, but you can also integrate third party tools to send automated SMS if it's not available in your country!
