Add custom field from the Deal to the Quote

Hi,

We are using the standard quotes in HubSpot. We created a custom field on the Deal level (Purchase Term) and we want to place it on the quote.

Is it possible?

Hey @OBetzalel,

You can add default line item properties and custom personalization tokens to rich text modules in a customized quote template. In the line item table module, users can adjust which default properties are shown: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/quotes/create-custom-quote-templates

However you can't add custom properties in the line items module at this point in time. HubSpot have said they are hoping to add it soon.

We have an quote automation app for HubSpot called Portant. It it will give you more control over how the quote looks (including adding custom properties in the line item table) because you can design your template in Google Docs or Slides. I made a short 60s video about it here:

@james-portant Hi James, I was meaning the Deal object, not the line item object. Is it possible to do with the standard quote functionality in HubSpot?

Yes, that should be possible using the HubSpot Quote tool. There are
instructions on how to do it in the first link. Please let me know if you
