Having implemented WbD in multiple HubSpot instances, my top advice is to clean your data first (remove duplicates and unused properties), then clearly define your metrics based on the&lt;A href="https://winningbydesign.com/resources/the-saas-sales-method-2/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt; bow tie model.&lt;/A&gt; Separating lead qualification from deal stages was the biggest game-changer for our reporting clarity. Use required fields strategically to maintain data integrity going forward.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
