@SolarReady - This is possible, yes.

How depends on how your CRM has been configured.

To me, the lead statuses shared (Appointment scheduled, Closed-won) represent Deal stages. If that is the case in your set-up, the 'Deal funnel' report within Sales Analytics can then be used to report on conversion rates from one stage to another.

This would be the best approach and how I recommend capturing this data in your CRM.

Similarly, if you are using Lead Stages within the Lead Object in HubSpot, the 'Leads funnel' on the Analyse leads BETA will show you the progression of Leads from one stage to another, which you'll be able to filter to specific timeframes, as below (the stages shown on the left will reflect those set up in your portal):

Though, for me, Leads in HubSpot do not represent a Closed-won opportunity so, again, I'd advise that this data should be held in the Deal object.

Alternatively, if you are using the legacy, (pre-Lead object) contact property 'Lead status', your report is still possible but will require some additional setup. It will also not allow for multiple leads to be tracked against a single contact record, to represent each time they are interested in a product/service, only the first time they are a lead. This impacts the ability to report on Net new vs. Existing Leads in HubSpot too.

What you will need to do is:

create a custom contact date property for each different Lead status option in the property named 'Entered lead status X'

create a contact-based workflow which:

triggers each time the Lead status property is updated

branches on each value in the Lead status property

stamps the date into the relevant 'Entered lead status X' property

Like this:

Though again, this is a more time-consuming process to build out and does not utilise the out-of-the-box functionality available to you in HubSpot.

Or are you capturing Lead status data in another way?!
