Deal Workflow - automatically move deal to next stage after task is completed

I am trying to create a workflow for a Pipeline when the task that is created at Stage 1 is marked complete I want to automatically move the pipeline to Stage 2. I can't seem to make it work, below is what I currently have set for the criteria and then the action after is to move it to Stage 2.

Hi @TChappell5,

What makes you think it's not working? How are you testing it?

In any case, is there a reason you're not enrolling based on 'When filter criteria is met' -> Deal stage is (previous stage) AND Deal is associated to task with etc? (I find event based enrolment a bit moody at times, hard to test in advance and unnecessary here.)

Also, be aware that you're filtering for exact task title, not 'contains any of'. If the task title has personalisation at the end or start, that would block enrolment.

I am testing by adding a Deal to the pipeline at Stage 1, then the task appears automatically and I check it complete. It should then automtaically move to Stage 2. I did edit the workflow parameters based on your reply to the below and it still won't move it to Stage 2:

@TChappell5 what happens when you open the enrolment criteria and use the test feature in the left sidebar to see which of the filter criteria your test deal meets? What do you see?

@karstenkoehler - I'm not sure where to find the area you are talking about? I did find my problem, I was not capitalizing the words Fully Executed Lease since that is what the task is called. 😞Thank you for your help!

This would tell you which enrollment criteria the deal is meeting or is not meeting 🙂
