One user with two email accounts wants to be able to link to HubSpot and record activity

A company I am working with wanted to link two email accounts so that when they are logged into my Gmail they can easily change between the two and ensure emails are recorded in the correct company account in HubSpot.

It's the same user responding to their company as two different functions of the business (as accounts@gmail and as sales@gmail). Is there a way to do this without adding a seat to the account? What would be the best way to set this up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. 🙂
